I love this building, and agree that its demolition would likely be denied without overwhelmingly just cause. I find this building, along with the building at near 3958 Lindell are among the finest examples of MCM in the CWE.john w.noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8826793.post-20928520827251561122009-08-27T15:14:17.783-05:002009-08-27T15:14:17.783-05:00Anonymous, I was mistaken. I can tell you for fact that a pediatrics office is inside the building at 4488 Forest Park Ave.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8826793.post-63809396482145729032009-08-27T07:28:32.813-05:002009-08-27T07:28:32.813-05:00I had no idea that the Psychoanalytic Institute wa...I had no idea that the Psychoanalytic Institute was vacant. It's always been one of my favorite buildings along FoPoParkway.

As for Rabe Hall, I can swallow the loss for something that would fill the block, but not for a parking lot. This exurbanization of our city has to stop. I think we need to get an ordinance passed that demolition permits will be contingent on fully financed redevelopment proposals (parking lots exempt).

How much parking does BJC need??? There are entire blocks north and east of this parcel that are nothing but parking, and many of the tallest buildings in the complex are PARKING GARAGES.STLgasmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13637030307305896833noreply@blogger.com
