Paul Hopkins, owner of the Mullanphy Emigrant Home, has applied for a demolition permit for the building. One month has passed since the building was hit by a storm, and no firm plan has emerged for the building.
It sounds like ONSLRG should put their money where their heart is and buy this building from its previous owners. If Paul Hopkins has applied for demo permit, does that mean that ONSLRG has taken a pass over ownership of the property? That would be too bad.
