Great article. Eagle Realty is on a shortlist of appraisers provided to interested parties by the City's SLDC (St. Louis Development Corporation).
I don't know whether Eagle Realty performs any appraisal services for the City. Perhaps an entity with such close ties to the City should be prepared to discuss the intent of its registered corporations with regard to their assembly of large quantities of parcels and lots.
I think tar-and-feathering has earned a comeback in this country.
