Does "Urban Assets" imply urban liability for the City? I think it does.
Wow, I can't believe that house still has its tile roof. Someone in that houses history didn't buy into the asphalt shingle BS. Now it's gong to decay to the point that Urban will "have no choice" but to tear it down. It's almost like the guys doing the board-up conveniently left a front window open for any and all comers. Speculators should be tar and feathered. Like carpetbaggers.
