Most of Thirty Buildings Proposed for Demolition in Forest Park Southeast Have Architectural Merit
I have posted my review of the 30 buildings in Forest Park Southeast that Forest West Properties seeks to demolish. The review includes photographs and brief assessments of each building.

Forest WEST seems an odd name for WU in FP-SE. Maybe this is the same name WU has used since their days of buying property in the Skinker-DeBaliviere and DeMun neighborhoods.
But are new buildings proposed in FPSE? Maybe like the corner of Skinker and Forest Park (old Talayna's, new Kayak's), WU will replace something old with something new, but still very urban.
