How much trust fund allowance was wasted on this stupid slogan?

I don't understand the header or the text of this post. The post is dripping with sarcasm but at what or whom is the sarcasm directed? I am both puzzled and intrigued.

On Tower Grove just south of Folsom right? Gotta love it.

Erich's got the location right. The post is directed at whoever wrote this stupid "work" of graffiti, which I surmise is supposed to be read as smart.

There are a million ways to effectively change the political dynamic of policing, but marking up a warehouse door with this message is not one of them.

Oh. See, I thought it was directing the reader to remove themselves from the corporate machine or to get off welfare. Or that it might even be a pro-vegetarian or anti-pork message. No, I'm not kidding. I had to read it a few times to find the anti-police message.

I'm guessing the messager recently gave up bacon. I hear there's a patch for that now.

The Po-Po need to understand that west county anarchists don't like their brutalization of minorities and rights, man!

The solution isn't local control of the police or any broad analysis of why people turn to crime (deindustrialization and a SLPS not teaching for the New Economy), but that these pigs die! These public servants don't deserve to live, even though without them we would have absolute chaos. Wait, but that sounds pretty Utopian and cool!

After all what better way to ensure the elites maintain control over everyone: incense confrontation amongst the poor and the middle class via the police!
